Course Descriptions:

All Harmony Road Students perform in recitals at the end of every 20-week class session.

Toddler Tunes Part I & Part II
Age: 18 months to 3 years

What you will experience:
Give your child a great head start with this joyful first music experience. Tots and parents share in a music-making program of rhythms, finger-plays, active movement games, keyboard exploration and singing. It is beneficial for the toddler to take this course multiple times

Enrollment includes:

• 20-week semester
• Weekly 40-minute class
• A set of At Home Materials including a CD
  of music from class, activity book and lesson book

Music In Me Part I & Part II
Ages: 3-4 years

What you will experience:
Music In Me is a dynamic readiness program for young children with emphasis on ear training, solfege singing, movement, keyboard activities, and pitch and rhythm awareness. Promotes creativity and critical thinking. Parents share in class and home activities.

Enrollment includes:

• 20-week semester, two semesters
• Weekly 45-minute class 
• A set of At Home Materials including a CD
  of music from class, activity book and lesson book

The Musical Beginning
Ages: 4-6 years

What you will experience?

The Musical Beginning course is carefully constructed for children to learn the basic building blocks of music. Emphasis is on ear training, solfege singing, keyboard playing, ensemble, rhythm activities, movement and music creativity. This exceptional course gives the student “inner hearing,” which makes transposing, improvisation and composing easily accessible in their musical studies. Parent involvement in class and at home. Includes two recitals per year. Combining with 30 minute private lessons are encouraged.

• Weekly 55-minute class
