Chinese pianist and vocalist Alice Qihang Xia attained her Bachelor degree in piano performance and voice performance from Nanjing Normal University in China. After coming to the United State to pursue her studies further, Alice received her Master's degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.  Currently, she is pursuing her Doctoral degree and related field in performing art health at University of North Texas.  

As a pianist, Alice has been a winner of several competitions, including winning first prize in the Teacher Skills Competition in

China. She has extensive experience teaching piano and also has experiences in teaching piano to students with special needs.  Alice finds joy in instilling the love of music to her students.

As a vocalist, Alice has played the several important roles in opera. Including Pamina in Mozart's Magic Flute, Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro, and Gretel in Hansel and Gretel by Humperdinck.

Ms. Xia enjoys working with students of all ages and levels. She is passionate about increasing students' interest in learning musical and helping them achieve their goals.  She finds her achievements in seeing her students thrive.
